Bio
What is there to say, really? I'm an eighteen-year-old, a newly minted adult.
I was born in Atlanta but have a deep affinity for where I was almost born, Chicago.
There are only 3 things (thus far) that I have truly fallen in love with: music, writing, and politics. (I'm very liberal.)
I've played viola for nearly 10 years, and sung for longer than that. I envy harpists and pianists. (The playing-with-two-hands-at-the-same-time thing constantly eludes me.)
I don't watch a lot of TV, but I have a deep love of Doctor Who, as well as House, Psych, Top Gear, and the Daily Show.
I use lots of big words. If I'm getting annoying with it, just tell me.
I love to travel, especially to Europe. And Chicago. And New York. And various diverse places.
I think one day (if all my other plans go awry, as they tend to do), I'll become a torch singer.
I have a learning disability called dyscalculia. It means I got the short stick in terms of math skills. It's complicated.
I'm very easy to amuse, to make laugh. My personality could be described as serious yet fun-loving. I can be shy but generally am very friendly; just send me a comment and I'll be sure to send one back!
Expect me to get fangirly over Doctor Who (The 9th was my first Doctor, but 10 is wonderful! And Eleven isn't so bad, either), Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Top Gear (Hammond: 1/3 part James Bond, 1/3 part Hugh Hefner, 1/3 part Casanova... all parts handsome), Star Trek (I'm lovin' TOS and the reboot!), David Tennant and Johnny Depp. UNF.
I'm a bookworm like no otha. Fo sho.
